Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?
    All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in the graduation attire before they can be presented on stage.

  • Why do I have to register to attend the graduation ceremony?
    It is important to register for the ceremony to facilitate the college's refreshment catering and logistics for attendees. 

  • I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission.  What should I do?
    Please call 6580 5616 to amend your online registration during office hours (Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:00pm) before closure of the online registration, which is on 23 April 2019. This line will only be open during the online registration period.

  • Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?
    No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.

  • If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?
    No. If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your certificate at the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre from 17 May to 12 July 2019 during office hours (8:30am to 5.30pm). Please remember to bring along your NRIC for verification purpose.

  • Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
    Yes, an official photographer will take a photograph of every graduand as they go on stage to receive their certificate. Each graduand will receive a complimentary copy.

  • Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?
    You will not be able to collect your certificate if you have any unpaid fees. So please ensure you have paid all your fees either before the graduation ceremony or before you attempt to collect your certificate.

  • How many guests can I bring?
    Each graduand is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 guests. You will need to register their attendance online from 17 to 23 April 2019. The online registration website is http://icg.ite.edu.sg/CCregistration
